Service Description

The desire for spiritual growth comes as an urge from within, calling on us to achieve our best potential and to align ourselves with the Source of all Creation, God. Returning to God is the eventual destiny of every living being, but answering that call requires a commitment - a dedication to working on ourselves and maintaining the practices that keep us on track and moving steadily upwards. If we are to grow spiritually, we must first work on preparing a strong foundation that is capable of receiving and holding the higher energies of Conscious Creation. We must start at the beginning, assessing where we are and what we need to move forward whilst at the same time learning about the structures, pathways and supports that will help us get there. In this first series of Consciousness Development, we will be focusing on the 4 lower bodies - physical, emotional, mental and intuitive - and their role as a gateway to higher consciousness. We will learn about: - The structure of consciousness - Our spiritual anatomy (the human energy field) - Setting up sacred spaces - Breathing and meditation techniques - Physical and Emotional Health - Mental and Psychic Development - Working with the 'Master within' - Akashic Records and Past Lives - Spirit Guides and Angels This is a 10 week course, with one lesson of approx 1-1.5 hours each week.
